Canceling Your Reservation

To cancel a booking, customers must notify VJL Travel Vacations in writing. Please send all cancellation requests to:

Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received.

Cancellation Schedule & Refunds

  • Refunds: Any applicable refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.

  • Booking Fees: All booking fees are non-refundable.

  • Deposits: All initial deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Non-Transferable: All cancellations are non-transferable and cannot be applied to another trip, traveler, or booking.

Optional Travel Insurance

  • Any optional insurance must be purchased within 7 days of placing your deposit and must be paid in full upon request.

  • VJL Travel Vacations strongly recommends travel insurance to protect your trip investment.

Additional Terms & Conditions

  • Cancellation penalties imposed by hotels, airlines, cruise lines, or other suppliers will be the responsibility of the traveler.

  • Refund amounts, if any, are subject to the policies of these third-party suppliers and may vary depending on the date of cancellation.

  • VJL Travel Vacations is not responsible for any losses incurred due to missed flights, late arrivals, or delays caused by third-party services.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused portions of travel or for cancellations after departure.
