Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit amount and due date will be specified for each trip. Final payment must be received by the stated deadline in your booking confirmation. Failure to pay in full by the deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of all payments made. Payments are accepted via approved payment methods.
2. Pricing
All prices are per person and based on the occupancy stated in your booking. Prices include only the items listed in the "Trip Inclusions" section for each trip. Airfare is included only if specified. Prices are subject to change until your deposit is received and booking is confirmed.
3. Name & Room Changes
Name changes may be subject to a $100 fee per change. If a roommate cancels, the remaining traveler(s) will be responsible for any increase in room rate. Adding a new roommate after booking may incur an additional non-refundable fee.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
All deposits and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to VJL Travel Vacations. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations.
5. Travel Documents
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations. No refunds will be provided if a traveler is unable to travel due to lack of required documentation.
6. Responsibility & Liability
VJL Travel Vacations acts solely as an agent for hotels, airlines, transportation companies, and other suppliers. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, loss of luggage, or any acts beyond our control. Travelers participate in all activities at their own risk.
7. Itinerary Changes
The itinerary is subject to change due to weather, supplier availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to make substitutions or changes to activities, accommodations, or transportation when necessary.
8. Traveler Conduct
Travelers are expected to respect the laws and customs of the destination country. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the trip without refund.
9. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, medical coverage, and baggage protection. Insurance must be purchased separately and is not included in your package price.
10. Legal Fees & Dispute Resolution
Any legal action must be handled in the State of Georgia. The traveler agrees to cover all legal fees
incurred by VJL Travel Vacations. All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
11. Chargeback & Payment Disputes
Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks without contacting VJL first. Unauthorized disputes will be
considered breach of contract.
12. Acknowledgment & Acceptance
By submitting your deposit and/or full payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
